Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. The total delivery time is usually 3–6 business days.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: No. Shipping is free of charge within the United Kingdom.

Q: Will I get tracking details?
A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items within 30 days free of charge, in addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right under UK law. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Q: How do I return a product?
A: Contact us via email or phone with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method.
